Suisse Toy Digital is rebranded as HeroFest

In 2018, the HeroFest saga started with a successful event. More than 12’000 visitors from Switzerland and the neighbouring countries came to Bern for the festival for gamers, geeks, and cosplayers. In November 2019, the Event is going to get its second edition.

HeroFest: the place to be for all gaming fans

This HeroFest is going to host the freshly created Swisscom Hero League: To offer the perfect Winterfinals stage to the fans of “League of Legends”, “Hearthstone”, and “Clash Royale”, the HeroFest has been moved by five weeks. The new date is 22 to 24 November 2019. Further Changes: Swisscom has joined the HeroFest hosts as a Presenting Partner.

As ever, HeroFest will have many different worlds to explore:

Our Gaming Hall will host a whole range of brand new, classic, and upcoming games for you to try out. There will be the latest hardware from the biggest names, as well as competitions for you to show off your skills. Our Esports Stage will host the best gamers from Switzerland and further afield in heated battle for incredible prizes and a spectacular show. In our workshops and talks you can learn how games are made, sharpen your streaming skills, and what it takes to work in esports.

Looking for something a little less digital? Our Fantasy Hall will have it all, whether you’re interested in cosplay, manga and anime, board and card games, western comics and books, or the incredible work of local artists. There is something here for everybody, no matter which fandom you’re part of. The Fantasy Stage will host the ever popular cosplay competitions as well as panels and talks from our stars. In addition, experts offer a wide variety of different workshops, which cover topics like painting, crafting, writing or even performing.

In the Education Area you can learn how to take your skills to the next level. Ever wondered what you could do to make a living from those hours spent honing strategies or creating a costume? Find out here.

Lastly, the Action Hall is one of our most captivating highlights bringing you the aerial acrobatics of drone racing as well as other fun activities.

Top all of that off with our unique quests where there are plenty of awesome prizes to win and HeroFest is the place to be.
