Yes, parking is available in the "expo Parking" car park (P8). However, we recommend using public transport.
You can find the current program on our website. Since we're constantly adding new content to HeroFest, we're always updating it. So it's worth checking back or following us on social media!
For our HeroFest visitors, we offer a wide variety of food and drinks from all over the world in the form of food stalls or food trucks.
In principle, people of all ages are welcome to attend HeroFest. However, there are a few events within the festival itself that are exclusively for adults. These require separate access and age verification.
Of course not! You can easily come in your "normal" clothes. If you'd like to wear a costume, you're certainly welcome to do so.

Yes! We are committed to making HeroFest accessible for all visitors. Wheelchair users require an AHV/IV ticket for easy access. Free Wi-Fi is also provided by BERNEXPO. You can find more information about accessibility on site here .
To properly document HeroFest, we've hired professional photographers and videographers to shoot footage on-site. By attending HeroFest, you agree to potentially appearing in these recordings.
Yes. There is a Valiant bank branch next to the main entrance of BERNEXPO. Additionally, there is a PostFinance ATM behind BERNEXPO near the PostFinance Arena (SCB ice hockey stadium).
You will find these in the stairwells adjacent to the exhibition halls.
HeroFest stands for fairness and tolerance towards all participants. We value personal freedoms and want everyone to feel comfortable with us. However, should our rules be violated in any way, we reserve the right to refuse entry to HeroFest or remove individuals from the festival grounds.
Unfortunately, we can only allow dogs access to the premises if they are brought along for medical reasons (guide dogs and/or assistance dogs).
