Video Games Rock: With rock interpretations of video game classics, this band creates an energetic atmosphere.
Both concerts will take place on different days during the event and are a real highlight for fans of music and gaming.

Yes, you can park in the “expo Parking” (P8) car park. Please resort to the public transport for your travel to the fair
You will find the current program on our website. However, since we are constantly bringing new content to HeroFest, we are always adding something new. So it's worth checking back or following us on social channels!
For our HeroFest visitors, we offer a wide variety of food and drinks from all over the world in the form of booths and trucks.
In principle, people of any age may come to HeroFest. However, there are a few contents at the event itself that are aimed solely at an adult audience. For these, there is a separate entrance with age control.
At HeroFest we stand for fairness and tolerance towards all participants. We value personal freedom and want everyone to feel comfortable with us. However, if our rules are violated in any way, we are permitted to refuse admission to HeroFest or to expel you from the exhibition grounds.
Of course not! You can come in your "normal" clothes without any problems. If you wish to wear a costume, you may of course do so.
Yes. We highly value making the HeroFest accessible for all visitors. Wheelchair users need an AHV/IV ticket for easy access. The BERNEXPO also provides free WiFi. You can find more information about accessibility here.
In order to capture the HeroFest properly, we hire professional photographers and videographers who shoot material on site. With your visit to the HeroFest you also agree to be visible on these recordings.
Yes. There is a Valiant bank ATM next to the main entrance to BERNEXPO. There is also a PostFinance ATM behind the BERNEXPO close to the PostFinance Arena (SCB ice hockey stadium).
They are located in the stairwells adjacent to the exhibition halls.
Unfortunately, we can only grant dogs access to the premises if they are brought along out of medical necessity (guide and/or assistance dogs).

There are five different ticket categories:
- Day tickets
- Day tickets including concert
- 3-day tickets
- Family tickets
- VIP tickets
Concert tickets cost CHF 40 each and can be purchased directly with the day ticket.

If you purchase the ticket via the online shop, you will receive it in the form of an e ticket. You can scan the code yourself at the entrance. You still have the option of purchasing an e-ticket on site or you can get a physical ticket at the box office.
Yes, the concerts take place in addition to HeroFest and require a separate ticket.You can purchase your tickets directly via the following link: Tickets
Day ticket:
- CHF 19.- on Friday
- CHF 35.- on Saturday
- CHF 28.- on Sunday
- CHF 59.- for a 3-day pass
For families, there is a family ticket available on Sundays for CHF 55.-.
If you buy your ticket at the box office, you pay CHF 5.- more.

Young people up to the age of 16 pay:
– CHF 10.- on Friday
– CHF 26.- on Saturday
– CHF 21.- on Sunday
– CHF 44.- for a 3-day ticket
For families, there is a family ticket available on Sunday for CHF 55.-.
Children up to the age of 9 get free admission to HeroFest.

Yes, you can. There will be no identity link.
Do not worry! In the worst case, we will fully refund all tickets.
In this case, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.
